Amy Niemann, LMT, CMLDT
Hi I’m Amy, a licensed massage therapist specializing in post operative care and lymphatic drainage! Specifically, plastic surgery patients. I’ve been an LMT for 21 years and worked as a surgical tech for 17 years. The last 7 of that for local plastic surgeons in the operating room and the spa side of things! With my experience in massage and surgery, post operative care is my passion. I was trained in Vodder style lymphatic drainage which is extremely gentle but effective for relieving pain and swelling after surgery but much more comfortable than other styles of post op massage! In the last few years I’ve really perfected some techniques that not only help you heal but also enhance your surgical results and body contour. I get just as excited as my clients as I see their bodies change! I also help support you through the mental aspect of your changing body after surgery. I look forward to working with you!

Hi, I’m Sydney! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Post Operative Care.
I am accepting a limited number of new patients, while continuing to see my current patient load and handling the administrative side of this amazing business! My priority is making sure our staff is well taken care of so that they can take excellent care of you - as well as maintaining a meticulously run, organized, safe, clean, welcoming, and beautiful space for you to relax in!

Hello, my name is Nicole Ralston!
I’m a very compassionate and attentive Registered Nurse and have been in the cosmetic industry for the last six years. It has given me great pleasure to provide care and education to cosmetic patients and families through their journey from the beginning to end.
My nursing background includes working for world renowned plastic surgeons in their outpatient surgical center and clinical setting. I have been a nurse for twenty years and my experience includes mother/baby, newborn nursery, Pre-surgical services and PACU recovery experience.
I am so excited to join the team at Louisville Lymphatic Center! I specialize in Post-Op Cosmetic Massage and exclusively see these patients. I am looking forward to bringing knowledge, clinical experience and expertise, and providing quality care. I can’t wait to work with you!
Kristi Lacefield RN, MLD-C
Hello, my name is Kristi! I have been an RN for 22 years. My nursing career started at U of L in the ICU. I then had the pleasure of working with the skilled physicians and staff at Kleinert Kutz Hand Care Center in the pre-op/PACU area. Finally, I landed at a world renowned local plastic surgeons office and spent 12 years in their pre-op/PACU and operating room.
Taking care of surgical patients and providing support and education for optimal outcomes brings me such joy! I am certified in MLD and have received extensive training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Post Op Massage. I am so excited to be a part of the Louisville Lymphatic Center team and I can’t wait to work with you!
Marina Tichenor, RN, MLD-C
Hi, I’m Marina! I have been working in healthcare for the past 10 years, first as a medical assistant before becoming an RN. My background includes urgent care, preventative care, cardiology, and most recently working with a hand surgeon in the clinical setting.
I have always loved Orthopedics and Aesthetics and have an even greater passion for self-care. I have received extensive training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Post-Operative Massage for Cosmetic and Orthopedic patients. I am so excited to be a part of the Louisville Lymphatic Center team and look forward to providing the highest quality of care and being a part of our clients journeys!
Christina Miles, RN, MLD-C
Hello, my name is Christina. I am a Registered Nurse with 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including Progressive/Transitional Care, High Risk Antenatal, Postpartum Care, Pre- and Post-op Gynecological Surgery, Newborn Nursery and Neonatal Intensive Care. In addition to my nursing degree, I have obtained certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and have received extensive training in Post-Operative Massage for cosmetic and orthopedic patients.
I first experienced MLD and Post-Op Massage during my own post-surgical journey, where I encountered pain, swelling, skin tightness, itching, and the emotional aspects of recovery that I was not prepared for or expected. The staff at Louisville Lymphatic Center (LLC) provided the emotional support and personalized care needed to make my recovery easier. Impressed with the level of care and results I received, I decided to join LLC to offer others that same level of compassionate and skilled care. I am excited to utilizine my extensive education and experience to identify the unique needs of each of my clients and help them navigate their post-surgical journey.
My excitement doesn't end there, though. I am also thrilled to offer MLD to clients who seek its many benefits, such as reducing water retention, boosting immunity, reducing stress and fatigue, promoting scar healing, or even improving skin appearance. Stacey Lengacher, LMT, MLD-C
Hello! I'm Stacey and it would be an honor to assist you with your therapeutic needs. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Modern Cupping Therapy (MCTP). I have received extensive training in Post Operative and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. When I started my journey in massage therapy, I realized very quickly the need for alternative modalities aside from your typical massage. I'm very excited to share the effectiveness of those modalities with you.
I have also been a professional hairstylist for 23 years, and I've made it my personal mission to help clients look great and feel good. I have a deep understanding of the toll that career choices, mechanical stress, physical activity and exercise have on the body. Massage therapy has allowed me to help my clients feel amazing physically, mentally, and emotionally. Continuing education is very important to me and I’m committed to offering the most cutting edge techniques and modalities available! I look forward to helping you feel amazing!
Nicole Gagnaire-Baker, PT, CLT
Hello, I’m Nicole Gagnaire-Baker! I have been a Licensed Physical Therapist for 17 years, and a Certified Lymphatic Therapist for 9 years. I have a strong background in pre and post-op orthopedic rehab, pain management, cupping therapy, dry needling and lymphatic therapy.
I am excited to be a part of the team here at Louisville Lymphatic Center!
With my background as a PT and CLT, I‘ll specialize in Post-Op Orthopedic Massage, and Non-Surgical Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Hi, my name is Sierra! I’m a very compassionate and determined registered nurse since April 2022. I work in the NICU currently, and although babies are my passion, I am excited to develop my skills as a nurse in many other realms.
Although I am new to nursing, I have the biggest heart for caring and serving people along with learning about how our body operates. I am so excited to join the team at Louisville Lymphatic Center! Hello, my name is Jessica! I’m a Certified Body Contouring Specialist. I have worked in the healthcare industry for many years and am currently working towards becoming a nurse. I love the cosmetic industry and after my personal experience with body contouring I wanted to help others achieve their esthetic goals!
