Specialized treatment targeted to meet your individual needs.

Our Services

Post-Op Massage

This modality includes a blend of lymphatic drainage, flushing strokes, and adhesion/scar tissue therapy. This service is for patients who have undergone cosmetic, orthopedic, facial, or general surgery. Studies have shown that those who receive Post-Op Massage as part of their aftercare plan recover in 1/6th the time of those that do not. This modality helps reduce swelling and pain, breaks down hard spots caused by fluid reabsorption and scar tissue, increases mobility, speeds up the recovery process, and for cosmetic procedures it enhances the aesthetic results.

Treatment protocols vary depending on the procedure. Clients who have had certain cosmetic procedures may be advised to schedule up to 3X per week or weekly, whereas many orthopedic and general surgery patients may only need to be seen weekly or bi-weekly. Your practitioner will customize a treatment plan specific to you and your individual needs during your first visit.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy is a modality used to treat back pain and tension. This is essentially a deep tissue massage in reverse, using negative pressure instead of positive. It also has lymphatic benefits as the cups are pulling up any metabolic waste or cellular debris that may be trapped in the muscle tissue. Leaving the cups on for a duration allows the muscles and connective tissue to slowly release resulting in significantly decreased pain, tension, and stiffness in the back.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage stimulates the lymphatic system to work faster and more effectively. This system is a complex network of nodes and vessels that move lymph fluids throughout the body. It works as a third circulation, in addition to arterial and venous. The function of lymphatic drainage is to remove toxins that accumulate between cells. The drainage occurs naturally after each massage.

This stimulation will decrease any swelling and will improve appearance. Lymphatic drainage also improves circulation, reduces bloating, improves digestion, relaxes the body, and combats localized fat.

This is an excellent modality for pre-op surgery patients , postnatal clients, those looking to begin a new diet/exercise regimen, clients with autoimmune disorders, people struggling with allergies, anyone with a sluggish lymphatic system, or for general health and wellness.
